Born profoundly Deaf, Glen has been using hearing aids since he was 5 years old. His journey through life with hearing loss fuels his dedication to helping others. With firsthand experience of the challenges and triumphs that come with hearing loss, he is committed to guiding his patients toward better hearing and improved quality of life.

Jayne, having both a deaf father and a deaf husband, understands the challenges of living with and supporting family members who have hearing loss. Her personal experiences, coupled with her professional expertise, allow her to bring an unparalleled level of compassion and insight to her work.

Every detail of the clinic has been carefully considered from the welcoming atmosphere to our state-of-the-art clinical setup, ensuring patients feel at ease while receiving the highest standard of care.
Our dedicated triage room allows us to perform detailed assessments including video otoscopy, where you can view the inside of your ear on a screen in real-time, tympanometry to evaluate middle ear function, and gentle, effective ear wax removal. For full hearing evaluations, our consultation room features a custom-built sound booth, enabling precise, distraction-free testing tailored to your needs.
